I found a post that sent me back to the standard game setup and my pawn to queen move worked.

I have a game that doesn't let me make a final move that will make checkmate. I get an error message "not a move error 10 10. I have tried to contact the administrator at admin@net-chess.com for about a week and a half. All my emails are returned as undeliverable. Has the address changed?
