The proper way to deal with this is to post the game number here and I'll force a draw offer from both sides. But I see you're opponent already agreed to a draw.

I'm getting too many games, I logged in today 12/11/06 and another 20 or so games are in my list why? how do I stop that?

Are they tournament games? You need to pay attention to the size of the field and whether you'll play 1 or 2 games per opponent.
