"Happy Thanksgiving"

Post by langelli » Tue Nov 25, 2008 7:16 pm

"Happy Thanksgiving" to all my friends at Net-Chess. Thanksgiving is the best holiday of the year. Unlike Christmas, there's no pressure about gift buying. Thanksgiving is just a happy get together with all the important people in our lives. I hope everybody has a great day. Good food and good drink with good people. What more could one ask for?

Q!!

Jets, hmmmmm!!!!!! Arch rivals to my Patriots. I did not like the ending to the Thursday night game. Then again, you probably had no problem with it. On a serious note, sudden death overtime is too unfair. The team that wins the toss almost always gets into fieldgoal range, and wins. They should institute a different rule. How about an additional quarter? That way both teams get a chance to win. The way it is now adds too much luck to the outcome.

I agree at least give both teams the ball. But youz should have gone for the field goal instead of 4th and 5. But nonetheless happy thanksgiving!

Dude? what happened to plaxico...is he stupido or what? what a shame!
enjoyed chess for thirty years...have lots of books and mags but never time to study. Maybe when I retire...chess strength has gone done ratings are unrealistic
